What you will need to start:

-A large number of Mineral Mines
-A couple Chemical Extractors
-Some place to store all your resources, components, and everything in general
-Wearables factories, the busier you get, the more you’ll need.

A couple of questions, I am a MAS, but I will admit I am a noob as an AS. I was MD before CU, but with my toon being an alt and used in a support role (healing, buffing, teaching) rather than in a direct combat role, I have respec'd this account to MAS.

Now these mines and extractors, are they medium (BER 10) or large (BER 13)?

Also what are the wearables factories for? I know you mentioned picking novice tailor (which I already have for Master Chef) to make the fiberplast panels and other components. Is this for the fiberplast panels? Or is this where you actually make you factory runs of components (i.e. biceps, bracers, chest plates, etc...)?

I am doing more research, but like I said I am a noob, yet still a master, bless the CU/respec, lol!

everything as's make that iso n the armor/clothing crafting tool can be made in the wearables factory (outside of imp PSGs that got nerfed, but let's not get into that). You will need a good number of wearables factories if you plan on producing a large amount of armor, especially in the new system since everything will require identicle (factory produced) components.

As for harvestors, you can get by with mediums, but if you can afford heavy's, it will help you get more minerals faster. Also it should be noted this guide is very old and hasn't been updated for the combat upgrade.
