Good armor isn't going to look stylish. Armor is for purpose, not fashion. Sometimes armor is made to look intimidating if anything to lower morale of enemy troops.

I STILL maintain that the Rebel armor is NOT Starwarsy!
Not at ALL!
No Rebel in ANY of the Movies has ever worn that stuff. Devs, please please get a clue and actually watch the movies!
This game is getting more and more non-Starwarsy as this so-called "conbat upgrade" goes along!

The rebel recon armor looks like ass.
In fact, the only recon armor that REALLY looks decent is the Scout armor.

really, look at all the armor used in the real world, most of it is far from bulky and most of it looks cool. Thats because even the military likes to look good, at everthing they do. They don't just pick up trash cans and wear em cause they work. they make it look good too.

We females want slendor, form fitting, pretty colored armor. AND helms that have NO graphic and don't make us look like big bugs or bucket heads.
Although my argument is armor wasn't/isn't/hasn't been for looks, it was there to protect your frail body. Not to make you look good wearing it. On the other hand it's a game.

Well, girls playing this game too, SWG is a good game for girls- there is a lot of fun for us. I started to play only because I could make my Zabava looks exactly like me in PL . Appearance is very important for us, and if we are going to fight - we want to look GREAT.Why not?
