Wow, ok, so my re-spec MAS + MDE just to craft a helmet is a waste of time? I'm shocked I tells ya!

The saga continues:

CSR says its not in the stupid logs, I resubmit again saying essentially 'look harder' in a more diplomatic way. Scroll down to the 2nd response links.

I crafted my helmet, well was going to be my brother's (Snowy'v, look up a few posts) since he wants to wait for it to get full palette I went on ahead and crafted one for my alt with +26 in tapes I had a choice of 50 colours, Final stage

Sorry if this is getting annoying at this point, just doing what I can until its resolved.

Did you PM the AS correspondent about the issue to get help from him/her and or maybe PM the DE one as well. Two is better than one. =) Hope you get this fixed. I know what you are going through and it's frustrating. I had issues with bugs and CSR's for awhile but with over 8 accounts fully paid for a year; SOE CSR's have had treated me good now with getting issues resolved in a quick and timely matter.

I PMd the AS Corro with a response of "tell so and so via PM not much I can do."

DE Corro didn't respond. None of the PM-able Devs responded either
