Updated, my response to the ticket was ridiculous after two weeks! The ticket was closed and I had to resubmit it.
Link again, 4th link down to the latest response
Any help from the Correspondants or Devs, please.
I am at my wit's end over this.

I have another set of binary and protective as well for another helmet or chest, but we don't want to craft anything else until this matter is cleared
If you can actually get to the mines as the bunker stands right now you would be my hero for life.
PS. Have you been to the bunker after it got beefed up?

Yes, the bunker has nor is an issue for the wonderful team of people I go with.
It just seems the crafting and the CSRs are the problem

if i could just butt in....
i had a somewhat similar bug happen when recrafting my mandalorian helmet (i disassembled it and recieved an appearance schematic), and it took me 5 tickets before i got it back.
furthermore, the responses i got from the first 4 CSRS were (generically):
"Mandalorian Armour crafting has changed since the CU, we cannot help you"
"Mandalorian Armour now requires BH armour to be crafted"
"You have to be in the DWB to craft Mandalorian Armour"
"We have no way of tracking your claim, so it could be false for all we know"
Now, those of you who have Mando will know that the first 3 responses are all TRUE, but DO NOT apply to dismantled Mando pieces (i myself have remade chest, leggings and boots as well).
As for the final point, I almost accepted it, but i copied and pasted my previous ticket and submitted it again, and lo and behold, a CSR restored it to my inventory. the INTERESTING bit is.... he restored my helmet EXACTLY as it was before i dismantled it. same colour, same condition, even had the anti-decay kit already on it.
so basically, all i'm saying is do not give up hope, keep sending in those tickets (i had to wait 3 days for each ticket to be answered due to all the "false claims" going around), and hopefully in time a real CSR will come along and help you out.
postscript: just so you know, Mando helmets crafting is severely broken at the moment, it is impossible to get the full colour palette because an MDE only has customisation of +65 (as opposed to tailor and AS having +250), so you'll end up with options of shades of black, grey and white. being MDE/MAS doesn't help this either.

'QFE' This one just stinks... Not only does the AS have to supply all subcomps (and most likely resources), but then the poor DE cannot even match the suit colors on the pieces they make.

As for the limited color pallette, has anyone tried picking up some Droid Customization CAs? I usually see tons of them in the global vendor search going for rather cheap. It wouldn't cost too much to put together a +25 Droid Customization suit for testing purposes. Normally these SEAs wouldn't do anything, since a MDE already has the full pallette for all his items, but who knows, maybe it would open up a few more colors for a Mandalorian helm.
