Composite Color
I would have to agree with Skinnymando, I say remove the color wheel on Composite, we have had more then a year to reset armor if any of that armor is left, I go through alot it myself, lol. The least that should happen is move the color change option to Master Armorsmith.

There are only a few good color choices on RIS so leave it up to the Armor smith to deside what color he wants to make the armor in, if you want a color choice become an armorsmith and do the quest like we had to do. Now I would love to see the colors used on padded made available on RIS.

its difficult to tell from the screenshot, but my hunch is that your problem is related to the limitations in the color palette, not that the AS made it wrong.
You should also be aware of the fact that the colors "mix". It is very noticable on the leggings where the stripes in the metal parts will mix. E.g. if you choose blue and grey from the palette, some of the stripes will get a blue-grey look, while other parts of the armor will be base blue. As a result, the color you choose will look different based on what kind of secondary color you choose.
For the issue at hand I am not totally convinced but tempted to vote for Armor coloring kits.

Get rid of the radial dial and bring in armor coloring kits if people really want it. The Devs let this one slip through the cracks. After all, you can't color your own clothes.
If the Combat Revamp does what the Devs want, (meaning people start choosing different types of armor besides Composite) I think we may see a real push for the coloring kits.

i don't see why anyone is complaining about armorsmith sales volume if they added color changes to the armor. it all wears out eventually, people buy armor because their current set wears out, not because "i want hawt pink to match my hawtpants"
lestaways, that type of business is far far far from the bulk of your sales. you wouldn't notice a difference i'm sure. all that would happen would be more customer satisfaction when they get to wear the colors they want.
