You're alright WittyNewt & I am glad that there are AS's like you that are willing to breakdown the intricate details to us combat laymen here. I was having a bit of fun with that post up there, despite the fact that I'm pretty sure that there are really l337 BH'ers that think that way when it comes to our armor. But in reality every armor wearing prof has these types, Pistoleers wearing basic Mabari & not AoE'ing the Picket Lairs, Combat Medic's wearing no armor at all cause they are only going to stay back & heal their healing surely won't cause hate & aggro with the more aggressive creatures, & on & on.

Assault

Professions: Bounty Hunter, Commando, Squad Leader

Bonus: +1000 Kinetic

Penalty: -1000 Energy

Appearances: Chitin, Composite, Ithorian Sentinel, Kashyyykian Hunting, Factional

Battle

Professions: Carbineer, Combat Medic, Creature Handler, Doctor, Fencer, Pikeman, Ranger, Swordsman

No Bonus or Penalty

Appearances: Bone, Marauder, Padded, Ithorian Defender, Kashyyykian Black Mountain, R.I.S. (quest),and Factional

Reconaissance
Professions: BioEngineer*, Pistoleer, Rifleman, Smuggler

Ithorian Basic( Hard wood from the Tca'llah Tree was warped & artfully grown to accomadate Ithorian physiology, the tree is still alive & fed by water basins grafted onto the back of the armor & an amplified starlight focusing quartz held by branches over the shoulders)

No Cerifications

Professions: Dancer, Droid Engineer, Entertainer, Image Designer, Jedi, Merchant, Musician, Politician, Tailor, Teras Kasi Artist
