Thread: Faction varriation is way to much *RANT+ideas
LOL I went out a while back and bought an 11 button programmable joystick just for flying... I get thumb cramps flying using the trackball mouse

Yea mate, im aware of that. All im saying, that if you can, you can save alot of credits. If you dont, then be prepared to pay the prices. I mean come on, we charge alot for the armors we make, why shouldnt the smugglers charge for the faction we need? If you dont want to pay the prices for faction you can do 1 of the following:
a. Dont make faction armor
b. whether you like to fly or not, learn to so you can get the faction you need, its only 1 night to get 50k or more in faction.
I know they may not seem like reasonable alternatives, but in the end its just the way it is. The game was not meant to be easy, and as such I dont see an issue with the cost of the factions. I buy the majority of my faction, paying 100cpu for each point. Im a mal calmarian, so it costs me dearly for imperial faction, but I still make a decent profit because I cut down on resource costs with statics miner operations. For set of 10 armor, I sell most of my imperial in layering for 1.25 to 1.50 mil and make a good 5 to 6 mil profit. I find that very comfortable profit margin so dont mind paying the 5 mil to 6 mil to the smugglers for the faction to get the sets of schematics I need.

Seems the unruly ones are waking up... Let me just add that wearing Factional armor is not required to be a faction member and most factions members don't wear it... Factional armor is only required by those people who think it kewl to look like a rebel gaurd or a stormtrooper...
JeCy, just go pickup smuggler 4000, make some friends with tailors for your components and stop your bitchin already! I'm a reb smith on a server where Imps are almost always controlling every planet and I still dont pay anymore than 2500-3000 FP for a chest piece and 1000-1500 for the others. Costs maybe MAYBE around 1.5 mil per suit of schematics. Umm where did i say i hate ADK's, hate non-pvp'ers, or ask for a nerf.. or cry about getting componets?? if your gonna flame you might try acually flaming for the subject at hand instead of making up your own facts..
The SHOULD REMOVE ALL FACTION BUYING,, and make it only smuggler obtainable and only for cash for a much needed money sink..but im sure YOU would be the one crying about that one.. And ya ill agree with you im in the minority here.. Hmm a role player that doesnt exploit systems and helps my crafting community and the others around me in my galaxie as a whole... Glad i am... and one last thing.. contrary to you belief, just cause power-gamers make more noise than everyone else.. does not make them the majority..the changes alone in the pvp system should make that obvious..
