Ubese shirt and a ubese bandoleer. Problem with the bandoleer is you lose the ability to wear a backpack with it on..... soooo.......
get 5 MSE droids (or as many as you can fit in your datapad) with 10 units of storage each, they'll make up for the missiong inventory space.

I would check your galaxy trade forums, they go for different prices depending on server.

Worth in credits you should browse your galaxy trade forum.
Worth as far as usefulness?
The first is nice in that the mods all can compliment a melee profession. Though I remember hearing the defense v X ones don't seem to work right. Nothing more than +10 though, so you're not going to make a lot on that one. This would go into someone's spare piece of armor, it will take up 3 sockets if you want to keep that general melee speed.
The second one is nice too, much better than the first because of the higher mod. For this one, you could drop it into a armor that has 2 sockets left, and your 2 melee accuracy mods would stick.
The general mods like general melee acc/speed are valued more because they apply to more profs. The weapon specific ones are valuable, but only in demand by 1 prof.
Enjoy.
