I was wondering the same thing. I tried everything I could think of to add it in. It doesn't substitute the segment, it doesn't go in the layer or enhancement slot, and it doesn't drop into the armor although you do get "the infamous hand".

Perhaps this is only partially implemented with the pieces being available, but not able to be integrated.

If anyone has found a method of success with this issue, please enlighten us with your discoveries.

This is probably a dumb question from a novice armorsmith, but I've started finding these armor attachments that look like armor segments. They add a bonue to a skill, or at least most of them do. How do you use these? The cloth attachments are for clothes with sockets. Is there armor with sockets as well?

I have two armor attachments that I was wondering about. One is heavy weapons accuracy 2 and the other is heavy weapons speed 1. Are these things any good?

I may be wrong, but I believe armor attachments are bugged.

yes they do

but they do not work in the way that tapes do, Drag and Drop

they have to be put in on the crafting of the armour

Has anyone noticed that armor attachments do not stack when you put them on socketed armor? I had 3 attachments, put one on after the other... and only the 1st one I put on displayed stats and I still have the sockets available. So basically I lost 2 of my armor attachments. Im guessing this is a bug, and I already submitted a /bug.

Was just wondering if anyone else was having this issue.

Yeah as far as I know this is the case. Also if an attachment has 2 stats it will only take the first one too. I would think this is a bug also.
