Thread: Question about Resources

If I'm walking down the street and a bird craps on my head, I might not have proof that a bird did that, but I sure do have a strong suspicion.
Further, in computer software, running test after test and examining the results IS how you determine how something is working. You can look at the code until you're blue in the face, but if you miss an = that should be an ==, it's much easier to find it through testing and drawing conclusions than it is by looking through a kajillion lines of code.
The proof is in the puddin', as they say. I think you put too much stock in what the community relations guy THINKS is going on in the game, as opposed to the reality. Did you miss his Friday Feature a ways back where he made a guide about how SEAs worked? A guide that was so far off of the reality it was laughable? I personally think the experts at playing each class are more in tune with how the game works than the employees of SOE and Lucasarts are. I even think SOE recognizes this and that's why they value class correspondents.

DR=66
FL=998
PE=817
OQ=153
I know that chef's can use it because of the flavor, but is it any good because of the low OQ? If it is usable by chef's, how much CPU should I sell for on bazaar
This is the link
It has a listing of resources used for weaponsmithing that you can reference to. So my question is from this excerpt:
Steel, Duranium: (CD[306-410] SR[735-815])
Steel, Neutronium: (CD[241-345] OQ[1-1000])
Steel, Rhodium: (CD[1-85] SR[500-565])
you see the highlighted resources say between such and such a number. I though all resources go up to 1000 fot stats. If this is not the case then should I expect to never see beter then those posted? or is this just what the poster has for his current best resources. my big thing is
Copper, Desh: (UT[300-372])
I want to be able to make some really good vibro type weapons...am I too never find anything better for UT then what is posted above?
This fact causes many resource spawns to be over looked simply becuase the person
harvesting it is un-aware of the cap and thinks it is substandard just because a certain
attibute is under 900.
on www.swgcraft.com
It will show you all the current resources available and show what percentage they are to the caps
It will also compare the available resources to what you already have in stock so you'll always know if
something better has spawned.
Good Luck!
