tested it with layers, energy from 90 - 92%, kinetic from 95 to 97%

Using the same resources on energy layers that I used to get 89 energy -90 kinetic, the stuff with the buffs came out to 91 energy -92 kinetic.
It really does raise the stats about 2% on that stuff... Using some already made primus layers that would normally come out to 6520 in final combine on battle armor is coming out to about 6541 when I craft the segments and the cores when I have the buffs. However, twice now I have done the final combine on RIS armor while having the buffs (I am 4404 force sensitive crafter) and I seem to get better results on sockets without the buffs. It may have just been a coincidence the first time, so I tried it again and I made a suit with 20 sockets with the buffs, waited till the buffs expired and boom, made a 28 socket suit (every piece with 4 sockets). Of course, then again, that's the first time I've ever made a suit of RIS where EVERY piece came out with 4 sockets.
