I think we should also note in this discussion that there is plenty of historical precedent (in this galaxy) for decorative and ceremonial armor and weapons as well as highly decorated examples of functional weaponry and armor. True a bulletproof vest is not a beautiful piece of appearal, but surely many of you have seen the incredibly detailed engraving seen on some suits of Rennaissance armor or the inlay, plating, and engraving done on presentation firearms.

Again I'll say I'd like to see armor skins equippable as clothing. Link the certifications to the core.
