I get alot of tells asking to repair armor. Do Master Armorsmiths have any better success at armor repair then anyone else? I have read that we don't and spoken to others who say we do. Someone fill me in plz

We get NO bonus to armor repair, joe blow has as much a chance to repair armor as a Master Armorsmith does.

Interesting idea, there was a test done on repairing a while ago with % and chances...might be worth taking a look

Probably a coincidence...but worth some experimenting. What was the functionality rating of the armor repair kit u were using?

I repaired my 6,800 / 64,000 armor earlier.. came out at 31,000.

There's no method to the madness.

Pre-CU, there were some tests and math and stuff that said that it is best to repair armor at 50% condition. Not sure how well that holds up post-CU though.
