I can make some pretty good stuff and have been asked many times if I am a 12 point smith and have shocked a bunch of people when I told them I wasnt.

Resources resources resources....always look for improvements and if you think you need 100K of a resource..get 500K of it.

Also...Composite is not the only thing that sells. Chitin, Kinetic Padded, Ithorian, and Wookie armor all sell very well for me. Find a hi traffic area, drop a stocked vendorand price yourself into the market.

And keep that vendor stocked, nothing kills a buisness faster than intermittently stocked vendors.

BE FRIENDLY!!!!

Take time to know your customers. Dont get pissed off if they ask u stupid questions. When someone sends u a /Tell or email try to respond to them as soon as u can. And this is a biggy, do those custom orders for them. it makes them feel special that u would take the time to go out of your way for them.

This is absolutely huge. I've been a Master ASfor a very very long time now and by being friendly to my customers I built up a very loyal base. I didn't like to spamvertise because it annoys me when others do it. My business grew due to my loyal customer base and word of mouth. Very few of my original customers still play, but I discount those that do and try to get their orders done as soon as I can and throw in something extra for them from time to time.
