So in effect it will cost the customer between 2.2 to 3 mill to buy and wear faction armor.
Yeah...great...I forsee a lot of people forking up that kinda cash for armor every few weeks...no wait I don't.
Every few days with the rate armor is decaying on TC, even.
Why is there a need for a FP cost anyway? I don't see the reasoning behind this, why do the developers intend to make faction armor the most rare armor? Should be the most common armor used by players for faction based PvE and PvP. I just don't get it... We already have to be members of the faction to wear the armor, should that not be enough?

If you happen to be an armorsmith, the schematic is automatically "learned" and gets sent to your datapad. However, anyone can get the schematics right?
Who cFaction Armor Schematics?
Only Armorsmiths can buy schematics
Does rank effect cost?
No
Is there still a racial penalty for non-humans on Imp armor?
YES (we need to get this changed!). Currently a Wookie at the highest rank in Imperials costs for a full set of schematics is 40k! Where a humans costs are 8,500k

there is. In JTL you can rake in the FP by shooting down Faction ships. Faster and easier than NPCs

Good question, Not sure. Ill check.

yes they do
But remember you need to be an Armorsmith to buy the schematics and they are non-tradable.

Hmmm, another question for you, if you have time to test it: Can a Novice AS buy the schematics, or can only Master AS buy the faction armor schematics? Reason I ask, my alt was an AS but I'm now grinding up Smuggler on him. If a novice AS can buy the schems, it might be worth 6 skillpoints to keep it.
Slim Vargo, Corbantis
You wouldn't be able to sell them. They go straight to your datapad.

Moge_Tira_Tru is correct. If you want to earn a lot of faction, JTL is currently far and away the best way. You can earn 20k to 40k FP per hour in Deep Space depending on the setup of your ship. An armorsmith who's also a imp or rebel ace will definatly have an advantage when it comes to getting faction.
