One other point i want to make,
When i had my Interwoven crafted, i concentrated on making it lighter over the % so my base was between 60-75% due to me trying to make a lighter suit. Im probably no tthe only one who has tried this. Example, my suit used 4 exceptional -17 -19 -43 shards, my helm had 170 ish mind encumberance, the chest, legs and boots had zero mind, and all were extremely light.
how does this type of lightened armor translate to the new system? this should be considered just as nice, and exceptional quality ris as the 80%.....
someone said that there was now a difference...can somone show how?

To clarify this post: When I made this, all RIS was converting exactly the same. Now that the stuff with higher base stats converts better, I'm mollified.
