Find out who your server-assigned CSR is (you can do that by checking the in-game customer service forum) and send them email directly, rather than filing a ticket. I have started doing this with our CSR, and it gets results much MUCH better than filing a ticket. Let's face it, most of the pool of CSRs who deal with the tickets are useless. But your server assigned CSR should be more help.

Just to clarify... what species/gender is your character?
