Thanks go out to a lot of the Armorsmith community for all the advice in the final crafting of this.. Took me 2 weeks to get all the parts once I had the schmatic, I went for the energy protection layers and I used 12 Resource deeds to get the best of everything. I think I hit the cap on Energy Protection. Both pieces have a final health of +50 bonus. Here are images of the craft.

Use the radial menu to dismantle the piece, youll then get the schematic. Have your locas AS do some nice cores for it and craft the piece.
