To Craft ANY Mandolorian Armor Part you must have the following Items looted from the DWB
1 Binary Liquid - Random loot. Only lootable from Ghosts and Wraiths – 1% dropchance.
1 Protective Liquid - Random loot. Only lootable from Ghosts and Wraiths – 1% dropchance.
1 Aluminum Mineral - You need to do the 3hour Foremans Quest in the DWB
1 Looted Bounty Hunter armor piece - Randomly spawned Black Suns - loot. ONLY OUTSIDE the Bunker!
If you have a Pre-CU piece of this armor you must click on it and choose the DECONSTRUCT option this will convert it to a Mando Component if you do not do this you will get the message
YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL THE NECESSARY COMPONENTS TO CRAFT THIS ITEM when you try to unlock the crafting room door.
For Jetpacks you need:
- Jetpack Stabilizer: Death Watch Overlord ONLY! – 100% dropchance.
- Ducted Fan: Random loot. Also obtainable from Coal-bins/containers.
- Fuel Dispersal Unit: Random loot. Also obtainable from Coal-bins/containers.
- Injector Tank: Random loot. Also obtainable from Coal-bins/containers.
- Jetpack Base: Randomly spawned Black Suns - loot. ONLY OUTSIDE the Bunker!
- Alum Minerals: Quest reward from The Foreman’s Quest.
Go to the DWB fight your way to the crafting room and drag all of the items on to the droid, as soon as you drag the first item you will get 5 to 6 high level spawns in the room. After a few seconds I didnt time it but around 20 to 30 you will get a message that tells you to use the workbench/terminal select use and a pop up box will appear with an option to continue. Then another 20 seconds or so pass and you get a 2nd message to use the workbench/ terminal. Select it choose use and you get another box appear with the continue option after the 2nd message and your selection to continue a few more seconds pass and it will tell you that a schematic was put in your inventory. Everyone will be ejected from the bunker and place next to the entrance.
When you Learn the Schematic you will need the following to craft your helmet. As of this post 1 of the items are NOT yet in game.

Mandolorian Helmet Requires:
Crafter = Master Droid Engineer
5 Mobs Spawned in Crafting Room
40 Woolly Hide
40 Solid Petrol
2 Assault Armor Core Factory Crate
1 Synthetic Cloth
1 Reinforced Fiber Panel
1 Biological-Mechanical Cartridge - Optional - Unkown
1 Feathered Appearance Enhancement - - Any RIS certifed MAS can make this using a peko peko feather
1 Armor Appearance Enhancement - Looted for the Acklay at end of Geo cave on yavin 4
At present the Heltmet Color Selection is VERY LIMITED everyone has been asking the devs to correct the issue but no luck yet
When I crafted mine I did not know 2 of the items were NOT yet in game also I was Master Artisan / Master DE as a result I only had the following colors to pick from

Kalandra wrote this in one post The mandalorian helmet DOES NOT use armoursmith customisation, but Droid Customisation, which caps at 64. This is why we have the low spectrum of colours. I believe the mod requirements were just copied out of armoursmith and plunked in to Droid Engineer. The same goes for leggings etc with tailor, except tailors get the full +255 clothing customisation.

Well been waiting a couple weeks now for them to fix the health enhancers, which they finally did, so I went about crafting my Mandalorian Helmet today. I was aware of the
color palette problem, so I purchased skill tapes totalling an additional +25 in droid customization mods, which control the number of colors you get. I ended up with a total of
50 colors to choose from, as opposed to the normal 40. The 10 new colors weren't anything special, but I guess every little bit helps. Anyways, thought you all would like to
know that for future reference. Below are screen caps of the palettes.

If I make 2 stacks of Cores from the two different segment piles the stats will be the same but the serial numbers will not match.. How do Make 3 Identical cores? Can I use 2 cores from one stack and 1 core from another on the mando or will that not work.
