Well for Armor Break the big expense will be the shock absorbing padding which on my server goes for 750K to 5 million each, so this will be far above the most expensive component. It is needed for the second level AB slice. You will need reactive micro plating, which you can likely find for 10K each.

Chest, Helmet, pants are a must for AB slices. I've tried fighting jedi with a fully sliced suite and without the bracers and biceps and find no difference in the amount of damage taken. But i have also tried with only one or two of the chest helm, and pants and have found a great difference in the amount of damage taken. And if you are fighting jedi they only hit specific regions. head hit, body hit, leg hit. in that reguard i find that my pants, helm and chest take nearly alll of the damage. I have the those three ADKed only and have been using the same bracers for 2 months and all of them have lost less than 8k condition. sorry to ramble on, but thats my 2 cents
from my experience this is what I had noticed also and was trying to actually find consistancies in my theory....

Most professions have special that supposedly target specific regions but, in reality, do not. Can someone find the old post about armor decay? Only about 12.5 percent damage (as judged by the amount of decay to the armor) goes to the arms.

I think it all started with Okram doing his numbers...
