I've seen RIS go from anywhere between 5 and 20 million...all depends on the stats and weather or not there are health bonuses.

It's also fun to add the health bonuses too... when they're not broken.

if you know an armorsmith in game and you loot the resources yourself then you can get it at a very decent price.
