It would improve LS accuracy if, 1. the mod actually worked (which it probably doesn't) and 2. If +10 to LS accuracy would actually make a difference in the current system (which it probably won't).

I haven't noticed :S I haven't noticed my PSG doing much though - can't seem to work the stupid thing right! I pretty much just use mine for the accuracy bonus

Yes, I tried to use an armor repair kit on 2 different ones when they got down to around 75% of their hitpoints. Both of these failed, the first one i deleted, the second I put on and still see the special effect when i am hit with a ranged engery attack. If it is still reducing the damage, that I am not sure of, but I think it is.
Remember, that the psg only works against 'ranged energy' attacks, nothing else.
well, this may be coz most Jedi have and use Armor breakand this why they are able to deal a hell of a lot dmg, im not sure how much it reduces the armor, but should be decrease it by 60-70%.
the reason why u cant see a big difference wearing a psg may be coz it just protects u from ranged energy attacks and only gives an amror bonus of around 1.9k, whats not very much.
I ever wear my ( broken ) psg and it works pretty well until its charge is down to 0.... and no, it doesnt break innate armor
