Thread: Mandalorian armor
told ot me by a csr i am now good friends with, mandalorian armor is not in any drop table anywhere in the game. yes it is see on occasion on npc bounty hunter trainers, rodian ones. and on fett of course.
however it is not on drop tables

you guys are pretty ignorant if you think only BH's will get to wear the armor every1 will get to wear it when it comes out
or the devs will cave and give every1 the ability to wear the armorin a week later after recieving 1000s of complaints
the armor could be just like a good composite or a all around 70% resists ,no special resists .
shouldnt be abble to be sliced .
HAM costs like 200\200\200 .
and... have defenses modifiers in it , like +40 dodge,+40 dizzy, etc , and... +acurancy in LLC , pistol and carabin cause im geting sik of people evading my shoots 
I like the idea of mandelorian armor! Instead of it being compareable to composite why not make it similar to composite but only protects the wearer from force and light sabre powers. This would make hunting jedi easier. Not to say, jedi's should be easy. Just jedi attacks would be less powerful using the armor. Also, I believe it should be a mission or quest with several stages that only mbh would be able to attain. In addition, only mbh should be allowed to wear it, may only own one set, and it is not good against any other form of attack in pvp. The idea behind this would keep pvp play as it is now and only offer it to mbh in their hunt for jedi. This would reduce jedi master ability, e.g.to keep them from taking out groups larger than 20 without breaking a sweat. I would imagine that 10-15 mbhs with varying extra skills, e.g. those extra 33 have to be put somewhere, would be capable of taking on a master jedi. The importance emphasizing a is to suggest that if there is a knight or other FS character this matchup would become extremely more difficult!

Personally Id like to see it be AR2 with 25-45% resistances. Im kinda bored of the old AR1 50-60% resistant composite.

Why not? Faction armor is sliceable.

People say there should or are just a few sets in the game because of the history laid down by lucasville concerning boba, jango and the madalorians
but the simple fact that there will soon be 100's of jedi in the game and rising as more and more people do that final holocron and open their fs slot invalidates that opinion, you will soon see them hunting in group as more and more appear where in the books there are very few and they are all in hiding
the devs dont follow lucasville history on that so why will they follow the histories on mandolarian armour

it shouldnt be easy to get the armor. it should be harder to get than RIS. who cares if there would be more peices, if i take the missions i can get all of the pieces i need. if you dont do the missions, none for you. simple. this shouldnt be a mass marketed armor sold to the highest bidder. it should be a reward for a MBH.
