Look pretty good to me. You will need one per segment as they are enhancements so 4 for the chest and 3 for the helmet and at least one to experiment on to produce a shcematic. That makes 8 the odd one could be used in some gloves or for a second go at a schematic.

i found

9 of these with -21/-13/-21

7 with -10/-10/-10

4 with -17/-13/-13

Best case scenario.....how many of these could i shove into some compoiste, and around how much do you guys think it could take off? I am really unfamilar with this proffesion, but it interests me a great deal.

Also i have some NS armor layers with like

3% eff/-5 action X 9

3% eff/-12 action X4

it would help a ton if you guys could...umm...help?

First, remember that you need to account for the factory schematic since the segments must be identical.. so for a chestplate you need 5 shards and 4 for helmet or leggings.

Here's the basics:

NS layers and shard combos are great for making some really sweet and light composite leggings (why leggings? well with any other piece the action enc bonus zeros out so you waste it)

Anyway, find a goodasmith that doesnt mind doin some custom work.. and remember the risk of crit fails is always there

What you need:

- a set of at least 4 shards

- 3 sets of at least 4 layers

having all sets of all 5s are great too in case of a crit fail

Tell the asmith to make 3 triple layered segments while also using the shards. (although if they are good they should know that by now.. or may even know a better way)

I have done this before and the final product is really sweet assuming no crit fails. If remember right the base was in the high 60s range with actionenc in the low 100s.

well I hope that makes at least a little sense.
