the speed cap for most anything you'll ever do with any rifle is +97. unless you have a +7 or higher AA you'll need more than a shirt. you can only put one speed tape per item because the stats dont stack. so if you had a +3 and 2 +2's you'd need to put one in a ubese shirt, a bandolier, and a mabari belt. bandolier means no backpack. if you have pistol or fencer defences then you could put rifle accuracy tapes in with them, high accuracy tapes can greatly affect your PvP skills

Ubese Shirts suffer decay on TC and will on live shortly so it does not matter where you place your AA and SEA's now, try on gloves as they decay slow or on a belt

Some good news on this: Ubese shirts and Mabari belts offer no actual protection against attacks, so they should only suffer decay when cloning, not from getting shot in combat. Tailor-made shirts and belts have a different sort of 'condition' than armor with resists. It is most likely that Ubses shirts and Mabari belts will function like Tailor clothing instead of actual armor. However, if the Devs wanted to, they could make it work the other way, so we'll only know for sure when it gets here.

the problem is: ubese shirts and armor belts have no condition value.
we're still working on this.
at the VERY best, it'd mean that you could clone 100 times with full insurance. or 20 times without.
now, go spend 20 mil or whatnot on that skill tape... and start counting the deaths that bugs may bring.

as a general rule of thumb , try to avoid putting sea's relating to different professions on the same piece of clothing / armor . for instance if you are a rifleman / swordsmen dont put 2 handed speed and rifle speed on the same ubese shirt as that will make it less valuable if you decide to sell it or if you decide to change your template in the future .

i was wondering what type of attackments(ca's or aa's) fit into a prenurf ubese armor shirt? im a lil confused cuz i can find these in the clothing sec of the bazaar but i've heard ppl say that only aa's go into them. could someone clearify that? i'd like to know befor i drop a few mil on a attachment that won't go in my ubese shirt. thnx

I played around with some the other day on my alt armorsmith.. the new ones have 1000 condition and will only accept ca. Then I took a pre nerf shirt out of a craft and dropped a ca in it, and it disappeard without the mods attaching. Could justhave been a bug with thatattachment, but personally Iwon't drop another in a pre nerf shirt.
