Grind Master on poor resources while collecting good resources.

The RIS quest isn't that hard, I did it in one hit after collecting the loot parts and even managed to crank out my first set of RIS for the guildleader (a thankyou for her kicking the guild into life to get the loot parts and for donating me her 30k resource kit)

Make the cores you need in a factory and you will get much more satisfaction out of it they only need to be cores and not high quality so don't worry about that.

I have spent about 20mil on resources and am about 100 points short of cap on unlayered armour and it still sells as low cost grind armour for the newer players (but business is slow)

I'm not even going to start making RIS for sale untill I have my cores and layers sorted out properly and am hitting cap.

Get your guild to help you out in your grind with whatever arrangement you come to with them.

My arrangement is simple I drop a couple of sets from each run I do into backpacks and offer them up to the guild free of charge and they keep me supplied with the hides and bone I need (after I tell them exactly what I need) and guild hunts are allways going where I need them to go everything else is my problem but at least I don't have to go running around harvesting mobs.

oh yeah and they are willing to clear agro mobs from around my factories and harvesters for me all part of the guild service.

Trying to get any armoursmith to part with cores even poor ones is never going to happen so you may as well set about making your own.

Nothing flash, nothing fancy just get the job done.

despite the negative aspect of this thread, I believe there's some value to the idea. If somone could point me to a thread that tells me what exactly the components are you need to grind I might make a couple of AS grinding packs and sell them for a cheap price. I don't mind helping out lazy crafters, if they don't mind giving me their hard earned credits

The point we have all been trying to make is that it would be cheeper and better for any budding armoursmith to actually do their own.

Components for the grind are really all down to personal preference but commonly it's only resources after 3xxx as thats all ubese shirts need.

It's not just the grind and the resources/components it's also about learning the craft and how to manage factories/harvesters and your time, if this isn't done then they don't stand a chance as an armoursmith.

I highly recommend following Odati's post. But if your really stuck on getting segments and cores to grind with, then go look at the bazaar. There's usually a few low quality looted ones there.

I'm not sure this will help you, as you seem to want to skip this part, but here is a way to make the initial grind easier.
