he's not looking to make money, he's trying to help his AS by providing components to make "better" armor. if it's maxed out on layers and protection the only other course of action is helth mod's once the bug is fixed. chances are the AS already has all the resources he needs and looted cores = crap.
why does no one understand that

The most important items to find/buy are the smuggler items that give you 75% armourbreak reduction. These will make a far bigger difference than a few points extra protection or a bit of extra health.
