The primary downside to placing AA's into a belt is that you can't use a belt and a PSG at the same time.

FWIW, I put my nice attachments into the arm pieces of my PvP armor.

Yep, this is why I didn't recommend a belt.

However I do agree with the poster that R.I.S. being capped at 80% Kinetic would probably wear it down faster, only that being able to use a Green Geo Cube was the reason I considered it.

Snagged a 3 slot belt and applied the AA. If I need a PSG, it'll likely be because I'm on the defensive and running, so no second thoughts about switching to one from the belt.

I will however keep all this advice in mind as I make my way through the bazzars and vendors of this game... an all-90% Stun Vulnerable suit sounds interesting as a solution should they change the belt to have condition.

A new question has been raised by my research:

Do multiple AAs of diferent mods apply?- I am hearing rumor that only one will be applied if I stack, say, 1 each +25 Pistol Speed, +25 Pistol Accuracy, +15 Ranged Defense, in that order, I will end up having only the +15 defense attachment take effect?

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Lastly: Thank you allvery, very much for your support and advice. I am glad to see the community willing to extend advice to an outsider like myself. Thanks again!

If you don't want me to "play the forums," then I suggest you make time playing the game more rewarding and less repetitive than "playing" here!

Belts have not been nerfed yet (unless it happened last week). Ubese shirts and bandos have been, but as of a few days ago, mabari belts still crafted conditionless.

As far as an armor piece, a composite bracer or bicep with 80elec/90base and condition as high as you can get it would be ideal as an affordable approach. Due to the commoness of kinetic damage, I would not recommend using RIS since the 80% kin cap will kill you. The best piece might be an exceptional krayt seg composite piece sliced to 90 base (incl elec) stun vuln.

krayt segs have everything in special!!!! they can not be sliced for ANY better effectiveness

mabari or padded belts do not take damage and only lose condition when you die and it is uninsured, so these are they way to go. prenerf mabari belts don't have condition, so they never lose it

you can get 60k+ condition on krayt gloves or acklay padded gloves, acklay golves can slice to 90% kin

3 sockets?

*chokes*

You definately should of held out for four..

And the different skills mods will stack if placed in the belt. Well let me explain, if you had a +10 Speed AA and a +10 AA, if you placed them both you wouldn't get both, only 1 (the highest value), in this case it would be pointless. If you had a +25 Pistol Accuracy +23 Ranged Defence AA(Yes.. I had this before, except with Carbine Accuracy while Moving as my +25), only the highest modifier would stick on the tape unless you had a skilltape to cancel the high mod out. If you placed a +20 Speed, +15 Accuracy and +15 Ranged Defence tape in the same belt though, they would indeed stack.

Also take note that +25 is the hard cap on tapes, it won't go higher.

P.S. If you do PvP, and some big changes aren't made in the Combat "Upgrade", you will seriously regret using a belt.
