I might be reading more into this, but it's my job..
"Unfortunately CS department is not having sufficent tools...."
That isn't written by someone who speaks very good english.
Read is aloud, it's improper, and sounds wierd.
Now say, "The CS Department does not have sufficent tools..."
Which is the proper way?
You were dealing with someone in India, I'd be willing to put my house on it.

Has anyone messaged this to Tiggs or TH? Or posted this on the community relations boards?CSRs like that simply shouldn't exist.

It seems obvious he is saying that the problem is in the game engine and the CSR's can't go around replacing all our miscolored items. It's not a conspiracy to give us all Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

will at lest they said "go away nicly"
there prob geting mad about this bug ticked going to them and not the devs.
you would thank after a yearof bug reports they would have fixed the prob if they couldor "if they wounted to"

when you get an answer you cant use just resend the ticket again, sometime its bound to hit the few good men and women CSR we got outthere.

As far as the problem with getting things stuck in the ingredients hopper, I was having this problem this morning. Finally, I noticed that I could still pick backpacks up out of the ingredient hopper. So, I just dragged and dropped the items I wantedinto a pack that I placed inthe hopper,and it worked perfectly. I just picked up the whole pack of things. I was glad to find a way around the bug. Hope this helps.
