Mattering on which CSR you ask this has been labeled an exploit. There have been reports of CSR's taking away your Stormie armour for doing this. It happens all the time by accident btw. You go overt, wearing Stormie suit, get killed, clone in Theed, still wearing it...

Just an FYI.

That's just lame. What would one be exploiting with that? Actually wearing armor that is useless in battle??

CSRs should spend their time more in a more valuable way. Maybe if faction armor had some real effectiveness more people would wear it the way it was intended and not by the killed-to-covert method. It looks cool and I would wear it more if it wasn't useless in anything but an aesthetic way.

In the beginning, there was craftedarmor, and it sucked.

There was faction armor, and it also sucked, but its suckatude was not as great as crafted armor, for crafted armor truely sucked.

Then low, crafters learned how to craft armor not as the DEV gods had envisioned armor crafting would be, but how the DEV gods had actually made armor crafting to be.

Also the DEV godsmade unto composite that the raising of the base would also entail a raising of the special as well.

The crafted armor took on such a great proportion that it became the "uber,"

And there was great rejoicing, for much could be done uponcrafted armorand naught would be felt.

Faction armor was laughed at for its suckatude was now revealed, much could be done apon it, but much would be felt.

And so it was, and so it remains.

Only AS can buy the schematics now.

When an AS gets the schematic, it's only for 10 uses.

But in short, no, you can't buy the pieces anymore, you need to get with an AS for it.

Theed was a bustling commerce city...people hawked their wares, danced, laughed, dueled, and had a rollicking good time. Cantinas packed with Entertainers of every race, shape and size...along with scoundrels, Stormtroopers, and drunks. People grouped up and stuck together in the wilderness, and you ALWAYS took a Scout or a Ranger with you. We lived our own Star Wars saga. We created our own personas, our own histories, and it all blended into this wonderful, magical experience that I will always remember...

That magic is gone now, but I'd pay 50 bucks a month to have it back.

I have an alt who is Master AS and I have another who is a Master Smuggler.

So, if I understand it, I can buy the factional armor schems with my smuggler and he can trade them to my AS, is that correct?

Can the AS makeboth faction armorsor only for the faction of which he or she is alligned ??

Thank you for your time.

Only Master AS can see the schematics to buy them. The smuggler can buy the factoin and transfer it.

I pray to go your AS is human or the racial penalty will screw you.

Incorrect, only a Master AS can buy the schems and they go directly to datapad, not tradeable. What you can do is buy FP with the smuggler and delegate it to your AS (make sure your smuggler has an inspiration buff when he buys and he will get 10% extra, also make sure the AS has the same buff when you delegate and he will get anoter 10% extra).

If you want to make both kinds you need to switch side all the time, not practial I would say.

some typos.. but who cares...

first the character that is gonna delegate FP needs to be Special Forces.

seccond target the other char and use /delegate.

That should do the trick.
