it doesn't.. think of the two bonuses as a portable research center.

Experimentation does NOT give any points, it just improves getting a "Amazing Success" when you experiment, and with +4 FS Experimentation you should be getting lots of those.
Assembly affects when you make the item if it falls apart upon creation (We've all had failures) but if your already a master Weaponsmith...Armorsmith etc. you hardly fail anyway

Well then FS crafting is broken. I DO NOT get anymore Amazing Success than I did before. Like I said before, there is NO difference at all. Maybe someone from SOE can tell me why this doesen't work!

I have noticed no change in crafting either and I am 4440 in force crafting. Just thought I would add my 2 cents

It does work. Do you guys normally craft in a research center? If so, you wont see a difference. Experimentation did give 2 points on TC but it was nerfed cause people were upset they'd loose their edge with the CAs.

Does that mean that if I craft at research center then the FS crafting skills don't work?

So FS Crafing only works in a research center? Thats a bunch of BS. I should not have to travel to craft. I should be able to craft and benifit in the comfort of my own home.

I've already reported it as a bug.
I was under the impression that FORCE EXPERIMENTATION gave us a total of 2 experimentation points (5 for each box, totaling 20, or 2 points, total).
So what the heck DOES it do, because it surely doesn't make me craft any better.
Doesn't seem like it works with shipwright at all.

FS Experimentation gives a bonus to getting better experimentations (not more points), in the same way as a Research Center improves experimentation results without giving more points.
My guess is if you have FS Experimentation and are in a Reasearch Center you are hitting the +25 cap that exists on all skill mods. (RS is +15, FS Exp is +20.) Thus it's not as useful for you. I would assume Bespin Port is lumped in here too, so if you craft in a Research Center and have FS Experimentation you may be able to stop drinking and crafting.
Same thing probably goes for FS Assembly, Manufacturing Centers, and Pyollian Cake. (MC is +10, FSA is +20)
A CA is a Clothing Attachment. The right ones can increase your crafting skills. You need +20 (crafting type) Experimentation to get two more experimentation points.
I'm not sure if Assembly CAs and the other assembly mods mentioned above apply towards the same +25 cap. If they do you can get FS Assembly and remove most of the need for Assembly CAs.
