I have had three major shoulder reconstructions in the last 2 1/2 years, so I hear exactly what you are saying.

I sure hope you get to feeling a lot better real soon.

I too have had isssues with my legs and the fastest way to fix it has been exercise.

I now make sure I exercise daily, and now that it's summer, I ride my mountain bike about 12.5 miles at least each time I go out, sometimes more.

Usually, about 5 times a week at least. It's all for good health!

I am 35 and not getting any younger ..

Hmm, a treadmill powered computer... well that sounds like a good idea.. but could make raids kinda.. tiring..

You might check in to seeing if taking an aspirin a day would benefit you. Aspirin reduces the chance of clots forming. You might want to check with your dr first, especially if you're on an anti-thrombolic.

My hint to anyone who plays a lot, Pick up a copy of a game for PS, PS2 or Xbox called Dance Dance Revolution, Or head down to your local arcade which hopefully has it. You also need a dance pad.

THIS GAME IS GREAT FOR EXERCISE
It is also lots of fun
And then when you get tired, you play SWG.

warning from the doctors usually get wafted away, warning from a player will bring more impact. Tell your story in the GCW forum, even though its in the wrong place.....this is something we have to remember
