Only base stats converting....all stats should be taken into consideration for example stun resistance should effect conversion being the most valuable resists currently.

Looks good to me. #1-3 are my biggest concerns too.

9. Factional costs too high for bio-linking.


On TC is it AWSOME to see PvPers running around in factional armor. It is very "star-warsy" (and almost offsets the awfulness of the particle effects:smileysad. I don't think there is anyone that doesn't want to see more factional armor in the game.


Bio-linking should be lowered if not eliminated from the cost of wearing this armor. Bio-linking already makes it so the armor can never be worn by anyone else. At least make it so that people will want it instead of just getting a generic skin with the same stats. Maybe 500 fp total for a whole suit, but I would rather it be 0. The armor will already be higher in costs because the AS has to buy the schems.

Also, I think armor is going to only be useful on helmet, chest and legs. the rest of the pieces are just decorative right now on TC. The three main pieces are the only ones that actually get hit.

There was a thread with some methodical tests that proved arm pieces took hits I think...?

Test 4: 100 attacks
Ubese Helmet + Ubese Jacket + Ubese Pants
full hits: 8
absorb: 82
miss: 10

Test 5: 100 attacks
Ubese Helmet + Ubese Jacket + Ubese Pants + Ubese Right Bracer + Ubese Left Bracer
full hits: zero
absorb: 84
miss: 16

Seems they don't get hit much, but they do get hit (also bear in mind any Bicep hits on Ubese go to the Jacket)
