But that wasn't with maxed base, it was with maxed special resist.. so maybe 56-58% or so possible with my resources.

With high quality resources only (no dropped loot) and 10 experimentation points, I can reach 76% kinetic, 48% base and 18% blast resist. Total ham for a suit: 618/726/678.

I've been knocking out 76/48 and 75/47 pretty consistently depending on hides available. These suits use a TON of hides tho so they tend to be fairly expensive.
