Hi, I was wonderng what is the highest possible kinetic ratnig that has been achieved with padded armour?

Rancor padded segs
It keeps kinetic in base, and therefore slicable. The highest % I've gotten were 30% segs, but I've heard of plenty of far better.

segs not hides (yea I know difference, I am tired)
I had some 60% base ones, sold them for a nice dime, maybe should have kept and crafted.

Wow! 60% base segments? That's amazing! The best I've seen is about 22%

i got a bunch of 48% Base plates sitting in my factory, I think i'll dig em out and have a play.
got me thinking now!

The highest you can get pre-slice is 80%. It is much easier to get 80% Kinetic Special Resist than 80% Base, but even 80% Special Resist requires quite good resources. 80% Base is impossible without loot drops.
