/agree except on #3.
On #3, if you are already a pistoleer, rifleman or even smuggler, the accuracy/speed can be helpful when you become a padawan as you will retain these skills until you acquire enough jedi xp to have to drop your "regular" skills for jedi skills.

Alright then let me ask this question:
lets say i cap my 300k of regular combat xp. Can i then trade it for the fsxp i need (not fs combat xp) for luck or healing trees. Oh and what the hell is the other fs xp, other than fs combat xp?

You should look at the stickied post and it has a link in there for the types and amounts for FS conversion.
There is FS Combat, FS Enhanced Reflexes which take combat and weapons XP.
Then there are other types like crafting that takes crafting XP, and senses xp that takes a bunch of other stuff.
