I offer a 50% discount to my city/guild members.

I also pay a reasonable rate for wooly hide (10cpu) which is higher than the usual Bazaar rates but lower than auction rates on Infinity (a new and therefore relatively poor server). People help me out in other ways and with other services in my guild - in return I give them good prices on armour. I pay for hide because this gives the newer players a source of income. I think it all works out in the end...
