Saying psg's and armor "stack" isn't quite correct. When most people talk about "stacking" they would infer that a psg's 47% resist would be added on top of armors resist. Equallling some resist well about 100% in most cases and giving the wearer medium armor.

I think it's more correct to say that the psg acts as an additional "layer" of armor.
