Forget about Tantel unless its for looks only. It's bugged like PSG and R.I.S (shifting stats when crossing server boundaries) and it only come with 3 parts - Chest Plate, Helmet (the kind Lando wears in Jabba's Palace when trying to free Han), and boots.
