course theyre not going to fix krayt drops yet why would they do a thing like that ?? theyre trying to phase out the newer jedi's so that they dont have to deal with this problem of an overgrowing jedi population

im using 4th gen 2h with only one really decent pearl 117 -8
my ele damage is 150 (when they fix it lol)

i dont see the problem here. if you dont have good crystals or pearls, you have to go out and get them until you tune some good ones. i tuned hundreds and hundreds of pearls/crystals to get my perfect saber. it was a lot of work, so i deserve a better saber than some guy who only tuned four crystals and threw them in a 4rth gen saber.

yeah but mobs and players have a lot less resists to elemental damages so you should see a fair increase depending on the mob and the type of elemental damage you are doing.

not good at math but (elemental) + (yoursaber dmg) = 20% i guess?

Elemental = 25% of saber max damage for a normal crystal
Sunriders Destiny and Banes heart = 30%

i really dislike the whole elemental dmg thing .......... ppl will always want to use the best elemental damge type and therefor run around with the same color saber. the saber color should be a free option ...... ppl should be able to use the color they want w/o any disadvantage. what did SOE think .........

I hate to be a bugger, but we can't exactly see what the resists on creatures are atm, so why should it matter what color we use?
Now granted I'd like to see all this fixed, and then I'll start carrying all of the colors in the rainbow to use on which would ever serve me best. Makes sense don't it?

The idea is that some creatures/npcs will be more suceptable to different types of elemental damage.
We'll be swapping colour crystals while other people swap guns.
In pvp, the armour has pretty much same resistance to all the elemental, so you can just pick whatever colour you like.

We're asuming that when elemental damage on sabers is fixed, we'll be able to see the resistance on creatures lol

well i dont wanna switch the color cause that 1 specific monster doesnt have good resists against it. thats just not the jedi way ......... i have altered my looks to fit the color of my lightsaber and ill fight like that even if it means ill do less dmg to the mob ............. lightsabers should do lightsaber dmg . ............ everything else just doesnt fit in the starwars universe
