Thread: Armorsmith Resource Dictionary v2.4

Would be nice to have the following options:- ability to enter number of suits wanted giving resources needed- ability to enter amount of resources available giving amount of suits that can be madeAnd if you could implement the model that tells me what armor stats I can obtain given certain resource stats and experimentation point distributions, I can quit trying to figure this out myselfEmily
Nathan, I don't know if you're planning to make the above requested additions to your wonderful spreadsheet. I have actually taken your template and ran with it. I have added the formulas to fulfill Emily's request and I have added Wookie, Padded, Tantel, and Chitin. I was planning on adding Mabari also, but I ran out of time. Can you please PM your email address so I can get you a copy of my additions. Unfortunately, I don't have a host that I can upload it to so everyone can download it.
Other changes I made were to the color scheme to try and match the default armor color and instructions on how to use the templates. Again, great job on getting this started!!

Good start but I think you should show what it takes for certain factory run.
Example For a complete run of Stun Composite:
Stun Layers (1000) x 3
25 Metalper = 25,000 (1000) x 3 (3000)
10 Vertex per = 10,000 (1000) x 3 (30,000)
12 Crism per = 12,000 (1000) x 3 (36,000)
1000 (990) Adv Comp Segs (using the 3000 layers made above)
16 Colat per = 16,000
8 Kiiriumper = 8,000
5Polysteel per = 5,000
Then I can go on for the final pieces but I won't you get the point right? Most people do runs of 3000 layers to make 1000(990) segments for a complete run of about 45 Suits.
But once again great spreadsheet.

OK NOW THAT FREAKING ROCKS!!!!!
Hook up the layer part and we are on a roll!
Small update on this version. Every listed armor now has the MOST ACCURATE resource gates possible. It seems that on swgcraft you NEED to pick "list not available" in order to get the greatest sampling of past spawns. There are a few listed resources that break away from the norm...for example, a resource will be reaching a minimum limit of 200 MA...but then there will be ONE occurence at 53. Since this is obviously the exception and not the rule, I've left these such occurences out. The values listed here are not the only values possible, but are simply a sampling of past resources...and they show some very clear patterns. If you don't know what gated resources are, look at that again, and look at the spreadsheet. Some resources minimize at something other than 1, and some max out at something other than 1000. This is very valuable when trying to decide if a resource is "good."
That's all for now. Hopnasty is going to work on the layer information, and I hope to add the other armor types not represent like Bone and Mabari. Til next time.
Thanks
How did you finally get the link to work? I would like to make links as well ![]()
