Give me a day or so to clear up some schoolwork and we'll get cracking on this. In the meantime, feel free to use this thread to discuss ideas/plan.

I know HTML and PHP. Plus, I have experience working with MySQL databases. Just if you need a little coding.

Well anyone got some ideas now or what?
Mainly one huge thing I want to do is put all schematics of all Post CU things. Most sites now have all old recipies and how much exp each items gives etc.
Also have guides for new players who want to grind their way up (that are up to date and don't say to grind AUKs).
Ehh those are just a couple off the top of my head, I may post a few more later.

I saved a .txt file with all the schematics, ingredients and experimentation valuesfrom when I posted it for swgcraft. It has our entire profession. Who knew that actually might come in handy one day lol.
We could load that into a database and make a listing in some format or another where you could browse the various trees or items. Maybe in an expandable full list, or create the tree as it would look in the game.

ya caile, vt's filebox sucks for web sites. can basically only use basic html pages with it, which doesn't allow for much. there are lots of cheap hosting places out there, but i have a feeling that a site in this atmosphere would use a ton of bandwidth, which can get expensive quick. if you find a place to host and it supports asp.net, let me know and i can help you out setting something up;

I personally think that we should start everything from scratch, don't take anything from other sites mainly because most sites have fallen behind since the CU.
With some help with Keeper32, here is what I came up with just for the schematics...
http://sc0rp.ath.cx/swg/schems.php
It's all taken from a MySQL db that I created so it all is easily accessible and manipulatable.
We've also thought to take a few people and get screenshots of all of the schematics, not just some of them but all of them, so nobody will be let down on not knowing what something specific looks like.
So.. yea ideas.. ideas.. ideas...
