you can pick up tapes of all kinds at the Borgle Cave POI on Rori


but you will probably find it camped by people that just go there for tapes to sell....


and you don't even get a badge for visiting the POI

the borgle cave was altered some time ago and no longer spawns good tapes - just +1 now from what I hear.

Not sure what drops high level tapes although Ive had some from nightsisters - high level skill tapes I think you have to be looking at killing Spellweavers/Protectors/Elders (although Ive had tapes from the low end nightsisters also)
