addendum regarding armor certs: (saw it mentioned up there)
I would be upset if an armor cert systemwere to beput in place (yes, I disagree with Mando being certed). The benefits gained from wearing armor are passive. If I strap a bullet-proof vest on, I do not have to learn any special skills to make it function properly. You could argue that someone has to show you how to wear it properly, but that is a one-shot deal, not something that requires a lot of repetitive effort/practice. The encumbrance system takes into account the weight and awkwardnessof the armor already, so using that is not a valid arguement to support certs. I could see certs at master levles that mitigated some encumbrance, but not certs that prevented people from wearing the armor altogether.

Very good point.
I can log my pilot at the starport click the terminal and Im in space in perfect condition ready to do battle.
On the ground, I need to find 2 different entertainers who can give me a mind buff, which when I can find them takes 10mins. Then I have to go to Coro and hope there is a doctor, if so queue for a few mins to get my buff, then go wherever im heading to fight. By the time I get there Ive got well under 2 hours of mind buff left before I have to start all over again.
If i die as a pilot I just re-launch and off I go.
If i die on the ground not only do i have to go throught the whole proceedure again but my stomach is cloned full (stupid idea that is) and I have to wait while it empties...

the JTL part I can't help, but I would expect sales to start to level out to pre JTL levels as soon as the majority of people get it out of their system. I know on tempest it's mostly back to usual now that most people have gotten to tier 4 at least.
