I recognize that this may or may not be true. I am simply forwarding as much information as I have so that those who actually make the decisions can determine how to handle it.

Well, I've made 40% on radiant. It is very possible to get a "freak" schematic which would allow 40% stun on another server as well.

No, seriously, myself and another armorsmith have made 40% stun armor, had some really old, and really good crism ore.
Better than the Carbomulione and Omniite?
Yes, better than both. The other started with a C also. It isn't in my inventory atm or I'd look for the exact name.

Exploiter!!!
Just kidding, of course. Its things like this and phrases that SOE uses like "Superior Customer Service" that make comedy for my day.

I believe you. I was just joking around, I know that 40% stun armor is possible, and it certainly isn't an exploit. That's why this situation is ridiculous.

Could anyone possibly explain what the deleted post said? I'm just piecing together fragments from this thread. Late to the party, me!

How long till this thread gets taken out?
The removal of legit items was low, but now they try to cover up all trace of what they have done, why SOE?
As far as I knew there were no exploits that could affect the value of a special resist, the 40% stun wasOK and made without cheeting, yet they now do not have the balls to admit a mistake was made....

well damn me...
Just the other day I had a freak occurence like this:-
Usually my stun layers come out at 11.XXX% never higher then all of a sudden i had a layer pop out at 13%!!!??? That would have given me 42%+ stun layered armour where 35% had been my precious best..... alas i goofed and made a prototype
