I am confused with the results of my first crafts of Hunting armor. I did think for a week on what layers to use but the results are great with actual average named class ressources.

those are both sliced and you must have extremely high quality resources to be getting that if the slice wasn't for effectiveness.

Yes indeed both medium sliced for base 24-26 ish
Base is around 56-58 depending on layers used
Here is breakdown of layers for your information on PvE piece:
one kinetic 14 base 3
one energy 14 base 3
one energy 10 base 4
No special component
base 3 armor padding

Here's my first attempt at PvP Hunter armor.
Using the same layers I had in stock for making triple-stun helmets (max stun, rest in quality for the base).
yes, the stun isn't great - we've been waiting for Crism with OQ over 550 since last december.. but overall, the stats are pretty good given that there's room for improvement in a lot of my resources (altho the Dantooine avian and animal bone are great inthe current spawn here on tempest).
And the HAMs.. they're already causing an outcry, given this chest covers biceps, helmet and chest slots for less mind-ham than a pair of biceps would on composite.
Xlot.

Very nice. My first attempt at hunting armor yielded 80% kinetic, 38% stun, and 60% base. I was impressed that the base hit that high considering that my segment materials were mediocre to poor (the wood was 41 OQ and 346 SR).
While they made the organic requirement a pain on this, it looks like they at least made the experimentation on the armor pretty forgiving.

The HAM costs are great. Perhaps now wookiee's will have the upper hand they so dearly deserve (based on wookiee "arm ripping" lore and the past 1+ year of being the "rug" of pvp). Long live the new wookiee armor!
