One of the NPC quest givers at the Imperial Base on either Talus or Dantooine give them as a quest reward. Sorry I don't remember which one specifically you need to speak with I have done ALL the NPC quests at both bases within a short time so it's all a blur. But I do know the quest still works because I have mine sitting on my desk.

Hope this helps you with a place to start looking.

The dantooine Imperial outpost, I believe the npc is in the cantina. I also think that you need positive thug faction, so you can talk to one of the people on the mission.

The man you want is Xaan Talaran (I know his first name is Xaan, not sure bout the last) and yes, you need thug fp to do em... unless you use my super secret method of doom, which i'll post on another form later... so look for it.

In the Imperial Outpost on Endor. Go in the building with the Imperial Mission Terminal and talk to the guy there. He'll give you a few missions and then as a reward you get the schematic.

If you have low thug faction you might have a spot of trouble

Keep /conv them while goading them away until they turn round to go back to where they spawned then you should be able to converse with them

Dantooine Imperial Outpost. Go into the recruiters building talk to the guy in the hallway starts with an X. 3 missions later you will have it.

how do i get the schematic for an imp PSG...i am a rebel...don't know if that has anything to do with Faction Points however...
