Thread: UNITE TO STRIKE THREAD
I don't support actions like this, period. It makes us look childish and immature. I want our community to be viewed in a positive light, not as a bunch of children acting out for attention.
I'm as angry, frustrated and disheartened as every single one of you, however, I made a promise to you guys when I took the position that I would fight tooth and nail to get us fixed. And I am. I've raised holy hell over this issue, the color issue, and many many others and I will continue to do so.
All I ask is you act in a manner that wouldn't make me embarrassed to call you one of my peers. This sort of action is not behavior I condone and it embarrasses me to even see you considering it.
Thanks.

Oddly enough, people buy my faction armor on vendor without being able to see the stats. Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to re-stock my vendor now.......

Still on the community kick...
Renea,
I know it is probably over the top to strike but exactly how much are we supposed to put up with? No one appears to be listening! Or if they do listen they don't let us know. Still practically no feedback from anyone anywhere!
Guildwars in the post to me at this very moment! Very close to had enough bye bye!
I agree whole heartedly with the idea that we should be mature in our handling of our current situation and not go to extremes and look foolish, but..........
As a DE also, that professions board is quiet and polite and never raises a ruckus. Look at the state of their profession ![]()
However we have seen in the past what extreme measure lead too. We still haven't recovered IMO from some of our past missteps, and I firmly believe that this is why the dev's are ignoring us. To teach us a lesson. Childish behaivor begets childish behaivor.
This is not a flame to anyone, being in the same position I can not say that I would not have done the exact same thing.
I just wanna be able to make armor ![]()

Yeah same here, I even took the time to set my vendor to bark out a warning of the bugs with bio-linked armor AND made 4 segments as signs for customers directly in front of the vendor warning them that its bugged, cannot be linked, cannot be displayed, and can only be stored in their bank. 3 people bought full suits worth yesterday. Glad I put the signs up since I haven't gotten any emails saying that its borked.

Striking isn't the answer, but also remember its the whiners that got all the CU changes inplemented, not the "mature" people.
I'm not going to march around Theed barking a 'Hey hey, ho ho' slogan, but I am going to change my sign on my house to state that I'm going on vacation till a few of these bugs get fixed. I can't use a factory to make suits due to the coloring bug, I can't hand craft faction suits, I can't hand craft health modding suits. There's *NOTHING* as an armorsmith that I want to do. I'm not going to sit around and hand craft regular suits of armor. I make enough mistakes with the factional stuff to know that I *WILL* burnout if I even attempt to do that.
