Thread: PSG Question.

Ok there are 2 components that I cannot make for an Mk.3 PSG. Who makes then?
If I am wrong, then what are all the components then?

It's the Power Conditioner and Energy Distributor, right? They're made by master artisans. If you have enough points left, just master artisan and you can make them yourself.

Hi kinda new to AS and well crafting in general I guess. Was just wondering if the materials you use to make things like Deflector Shield emitter assemby, Deflector Shield Generator - Energy Ray, Deflector Shield Generator - particle, Deflector Shield Projector Plate, energy distributor, and power conditioner have any effect in the overall stat of the PSG. I'm looking at the ones you get at deflectors 1, but see no % there (like 50% to OQ and MA)
I don't have master artsian so no idea about those.
Reason I'm asking was if the case is that they don't change the stat then I would be able to make these parts and be ready for when I hit master. Also if i experiment on these will that change the final stats on the psg?

When a vendor says the PSG is effective against lighsaber, is this true? A person told me they are only effective when you equip them right out of the crate.

Only for a couple of hours, or until the next server reset. At which point it goes bye-bye

PSG's will display a LS protection when in the crate. Upon removal, the LS % will shift to vulnerability.
A manually crafted piece (whether a PSG or Tantel item) will hold the LS %until server reset, or may sometimes shiftat a server boundary.
It has not been fixed yet.

I put a PSG in a anti decay kit and equiped it and went to the DWB. I checked my combat log the next day, and I can't see anywhere that the PSG blocked anything.
Is this a bug, or do they only work in PVP?
