Thread: What will you charge for Wookiee Armor?
But I'll also make tweaked pieces (krayt janta etc)
For Me I am looking at charging a price that is fair and reasonable but still providing me with a profit... Considering I am a wookiee armorsmith, I am not going to strangle hold my fellow wookiees..
But considering they amount of Hides that goes into this armor... we are probably looking at least 110 to 140k a suit for me... just because of the hide usage..
Paying 300k for our Ubese armor is a Joke.... Even if you are a 12 point or 10pt master...
*Goes back to figuring out how much extra leather he has*
true..
but as normal on the first day of a new content Item like that you should expect a mark up or your going to be doing nothing that day but making armor by hand at 40k a suit..
a better price is around 80 to 100k a suit... I am also considering the Prices I will have to pay to find me a Talior who is willing to sit down and make the Armor Padding componet for me as a schematic...
But after the first few days of this stuff being live... my prices will probably drop to some thing more like 40 to 60k a suit...
And did you know... that wookiees who have been around for a long time tend to have thea good amount of money in the game... Its due to the fact we did not have a regular source of a money sink like armor until now... I know I am that way... Considering I made a lot of money and never really spent it on any thing other than a splurge on a Kryat gun or some cool toy to play with...

Wow, your a dink!
I thought COTW was supposed to help and support their fellow wookiee, not screw them over.

Do you price your PSGs using that criteria too?

heres another thought i'm going to throw in here, i've read some post that people were unsure if one piece of armor covers two areas, for instance its been said that the chest plate may also covers the head area, as the HAM of the chest piece would also suggest this, dont forget this one piece of armor is doing the protection of two normals pieces, and prices should reflect this...
if someone was buying a ubese chest piece from you for say 20k you wouldnt throw in a free helmet would you...
also the bracers might cover the hands and the arms, however again i do not know if it actually does or if its just a 'cool look' they wanted to add in to the armor suit, clarification is always welcomed...
